Art Prints: As all art prints are “made to order”, orders may only be exchanged if production of the order has not yet begun. Please contact us immediately if you wish to exchange your order for another product 

 

Order Cancellation

≋ Art Prints: As all art prints are “made to order”, orders may only be cancelled if production of the order has not yet begun. Please contact me immediately if you wish to cancel your order

≋ Original Art: Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and if the order has not yet been shipped. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged please contact me within 7 days of your order arriving and provide images of the both the damaged packaging and the item so that I can assess and process an exchange or a refund.
